We are a trustworthy company and do our best to work conscientiously and honestly.We are always available to our customers.We always try to keep to specified programmes and provide a good after care package after the job is complete.

We always confirm any offers in writing  before any work commences, and where possible we try to secure written contracts before we embark on any projects. Whether the the engagement starts with a written or verbal contract, we wish to remind our clients that a contract does exist and the terms should be met by both parties.We offer both fixed price terms and hourly rates.

We use traditional woodworking techniques.Wood is a material that is susceptible to movement and decay.We will endeavour to prevent this from happening but we cannot accept liability for movement or decay in extreme environments or failure to maintain the wood correctly.

We are a small company and if a project falls behind schedule due to circumstances beyond our control, we will try our upmost to catch up but this may not always be possible.We cannot be held responsible for knock on effects to a clients schedule.

We require a 50% deposit for all work that is ordered and a payment schedule will be agreed before the work commences.

We do not offer refunds, we will do our best to make adjustments or accommodate and requests for changes but once a deposit is received it is not refundable.If a client abandons the project we expect to be paid for all work completed.
